Tāwera – the Morning star.

Our passion is education. That’s what got us started.

Tāwera Consulting became involved in school property management in 2019. As active Board of Trustee members across multiple schools we saw schools left to manage their own property projects, even when they had project managers on board. Or worse, projects that were managed without communication with the school, delivering less than the school expected, disrupting learning, and costing more than they should if managed well.

We started with one school in 2019, just before the first lockdown, and have grown through word of mouth from then.

We don’t want to be the biggest – especially if that means compromising on service – we just want to deliver the best service we can for every client we work with.

We don’t take on work we can’t deliver on, we are always available to discuss projects, and we take pride in the work we do with every client we support.

Currently we have focused our service on the Bay of Plenty region, working with schools and commercial clients from Opotiki to Tauranga, and inland to Rotorua. If a school needs our help and we can provide our expected level of service to them, we will be there.
